M1 December 2024 update

What fun we have had this month!  We had lots of Christmas themed practical tasks in Activity Based Learning and have been enjoying outdoor learning. We have enjoyed several weeks of Music Therapy.

We took part in Christmas jumper day and had a delicious Christmas dinner as well as our Santa Run. We met Santa in the Christmas Grotto and found out we were all on the good list! A very friendly donkey came to school and we have been watching the school elf cause all sorts of mischief! To finish off our celebrations, we had a Christmas party. 

We hope all our pupils and their families have a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to seeing everyone again in the New Year.

M1 November 2024 update

Another busy month! We have been exploring the topic of 'Houses and Homes'. Pupils were excited to identify their home and name who lives with them. We have looked at different types of houses and enjoyed art activities around this theme. Everyone has been exploring the resources through Activity Based Learning and have been enjoying Music Therapy.

M1 October 2024 update

Everyone has been very busy in Class M1- exploring the signs of Autumn outdoors and enjoying lots of Halloween activities. We loved our visit to the Pumpkin patch and had great fun dressing up. We have worked hard in Numeracy and Literacy and been creative during art and music activities.

September 2024 news

Pupils have settled well in  their new class and we now have joined the other Classes in Middle School.

September has been a busy month. We have been working hard with our Literacy and Numeracy work as well as exploring the topic of Autumn. We have been exploring the seasonal signs outdoors and having fun with some art and craft relating to the season.
