Siblings Yoga

A big thank you to Sarah Lennon our Yoga teacher. The siblings had a great session learning about breathing and relaxation techniques. The siblings were great at maintaining their balance to complete different postures. The siblings also enjoyed playing listening games with the singing bowl and they faced different physical challenges aimed at helping them to learn to work in teams.

It comes after Victoria Square and Castle Court shopping centres also installed the facilities which provide more space than a standard disabled toilet and offers room for a wheelchair user and two carers, with a height-adjustable bed and a hoist.
